Join certified Instructor Alyssa Haynes Eddy for measured movements to balance energy, focusing on flowing from pose to pose along with core strength-training moves. A variety of modifications will be offered to encourage participation. This class is open to all levels. Please bring a mat with you and register in advance.

We meet at the resort every Thursday at 9 AM for a one hour walk around the beautiful Grandover Community. We are social distanced, and enjoying some fresh air, exercise and fun. You do not need to sign up in advance
