Saturday Morning Yoga
Build muscle strength, flexibility, balance and concentration. Join certified Instructor Alyssa Haynes Eddy for measured movements to balance energy, focusing on flowing from pose to pose along with core strength-training moves. A variety of modifications will be offered to encourage participation. This class is open to all levels. Please bring a mat with you and register in advance.
